It’s easy to take part in the campaign – you just need to have a PROSTIR card and use it for payment in retail. The person with the most payments wins.
The Campaign is designed for owners of cards emitted by the following banks: Oschadbank, ALFA-BANK, UKRGAZBANK, Polycombank, GLOBUS, CENTR. The campaign period is from September 28, 2017 till October 8, 2017. The period of The Stronghold screening in Multiplex cinemas is from October 12, 2017 till November 8, 2017.
Detailed Campaign rules
Organizer: KINOROB STUDIO LLC Partner 1: Payment organization of PROSTIR national payment system Partner 2: commercial banks participating in PROSTIR national payment system: Oschadbank. ALFA-BANK, UKRGAZBANK, Polycombank, GLOBUS, CENTR. Partner 3: Network of Multiplex cinemas determined by the organizers Campaign participants: natural persons, holders of PROSTIR payment cards emitted by Partner 2. Gifts: 50 promo codes which according to these rules are to be exchanged for tickets to view The Stronghold (film screening period: from October 12, 2017 till November 8, 2017 inclusive). The list of cinemas participating in the Campaign are provided in Addendum 1 to these Rules. The gifts are provided by Partner 3 which serves as a Tax agent if necessary.
Campaign period: from September 28, 2017 till October 8, 2017 inclusive.
Campaign winner: Campaign participant who made the most transactions in the retail chain using PROSTIR card during the campaign period.
Informing about Campaign: via the means of Organizer, Partner 1, Partner 2
Order of determining campaign winners:
1.Partner 2 till October 9, 2017 (inclusive) selects all transactions made in the retail chain during the Campaign using PROSTIR cards with the date, time and masked card numbers, transferring this information to Partner 1. 2.Partner 1 till October 10, 2017 (inclusive) determines the masked card numbers of winners (hereinafter, the numbers) on which the most transactions were performed according to these Rules and the following scheme; Oschadbank – 20 numbers; ALFA-BANK – 5 numbers; UKRGAZBANK – 8 numbers; Polycombank – 8 numbers; GLOBUS – 4 numbers; CENTR – 5 numbers.
Procedure for awarding winners
3.Partner 3 transfers to Partner 1 50 (fifty) promo codes to be exchanged for tickets to view The Stronghold; they are valid in Multiplex network all over Ukraine and are to be used to get the prize tickets (before October 9, 2017). The list of Ukrainian cities and cinemas where the gift can be used is provided in Addendum 1.
4.Partner 1 transfers to Partner 2 the numbers and promo codes (according to the amount noted in the Rules) (until October 10, 2017).
5.Partner 2 informs Campaign Winners, sends them a promo code in the text message and informs about the terms and place of Gift usage, according to Addendum 1 (until October 12, 2017 inclusive).
6.Campaign Winner can use the gift by addressing the cinema during the distribution of The Stronghold film according to Addendum 1. The winner is to name a unique promo code to the cinema cashier and receive two tickets for the selected screening time if there are free seats in the audience. In case there are no free seats, the winner has the right to choose a different screening time, which will be convenient for him/her.
1 National Bank of Ukraine performing the functions of PROSTIR national payment system. 2 The screening period can be extended depending on the cinema. 3 methods of informing are understood as the following: posters, messages on information screens, messages on Internet resources, social networks and promo pages, paper leaflets and other handouts, if necessary – text messages, emails, etc. 4 social networks and web pages 5 Promo code is unique and cannot be transferred to other persons. One promo code equals two tickets to The Stronghold film (during the film’s distribution in cinemas according to Addendum 1 of the Rules). If the winner has not used the promo code during the film’s distribution, the code is deemed null and void. In case the screening did not take place due to the lack of audience or other force majeure circumstances (power outage, accidents) – the tickets can be reserved repeatedly, with the decision made on case-by-case basis.
